Shipping + Returns

We want you to get your package as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your new polishes and treatments. So we do everything we can to process orders same-day. Because of shipping cut-off times, orders received after 2pm PT on weekdays and Fridays are processed the following business day. Due to the flammable nature and therefore “hazardous” shipping status of our products, all orders are shipped via ground freight from California. After your order is processed, it can take up to 5-7 days to arrive, depending on your location. We happily offset our carbon emissions on every order, at no extra charge to you.

Orders $75 and more qualify for free shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, all of our nail polishes, nail treatments and removers, and any sale items are final sale. Items in bundles cannot be returned as separate items.

Without proof of delivery, we are unable to replace or reimburse customers for lost items or packages.
